Most of the cars in our bays were damaged within a few kilometres of this corner — on the 401, on Allen Road, or in a plaza lot along Wilson or Sheppard. If you were not at fault, your own insurance company handles the vehicle damage under DCPD — we walk you through what that means before any paperwork starts. Where safety is involved we push for OEM parts and put that case to the adjuster ourselves.

Drop-offs here fold into ordinary routines. Hand over the keys on the way to the Sheppard West platform and take the subway downtown; we are open 8 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday, and Sundays by appointment when the weekend is your only window. If a rental is part of your coverage, we time it to your drop-off so you are not stranded in our lot waiting on someone else’s schedule. If the car cannot drive at all — and after a real hit on the 401 it often should not — call (647) 594-3401 and we help arrange the tow. In Ontario, where the tow truck takes your vehicle is your decision, not the operator’s.

My insurance company gave me the name of a “preferred” shop. Am I stuck with it?
No. In Ontario the choice of repair shop belongs to you. A preferred-shop suggestion is only a suggestion, and your policy covers proper repairs at the shop you pick. Bring the car here and we open the claim, deal with the adjuster, and keep you out of the middle.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Text photos of the damage to (647) 594-3401 for a written number, or stop by during opening hours — 8 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday, Sundays by appointment. If you are walking over from Sheppard West station, the estimate usually takes less time than the trip.
