Collision repair usually goes wrong in the hand-offs. An estimator writes one thing, a service adviser promises another, and you end up refereeing between the shop and your insurance company. We removed the hand-offs. One file, one person responsible for it — from the first photo you send to the day you drive away. You deal with a person here, not a counter.
You’ll find us off Keele just south of Sheppard in North York, an easy reach from the 401, Allen Road, and the 400. Most of our work arrives the way accidents actually happen: a call from the side of the road, a tow we helped arrange, photos sent from a driveway. Whoever you speak to, the answers stay straight from the first call to pickup — what it costs, what your insurance covers, and when the car will be ready.
