Are you an insurance approved body shop?
We work with every insurance company, and repairs completed here are covered by your policy. In Ontario the choice of repair shop belongs to you — an insurance company may suggest its preferred network, but it cannot require you to use it, and your policy pays reasonable repair costs at the shop you choose.
Do I pay anything besides my deductible?
On covered damage, no. Your insurance company pays the approved repair directly, and your deductible is your only share. If teardown reveals more damage, we file a supplement with photos — covered damage stays covered, and the extra never lands on you.
Should I get the estimate before or after filing the claim?
Before, whenever you can. A free written estimate tells you whether the repair even clears your deductible — for a small scrape, paying out of pocket is sometimes the smarter move. We put a real number in your hands first, so the decision is made with figures, not guesses.
How long does insurance approval take?
Straightforward claims are often approved within a few business days; supplements add time when hidden damage turns up. We order parts and book the repair bay while approval is in motion, so the waiting overlaps instead of stacking on top of the repair time.
