If anyone is injured, or the combined damage looks like it could top $5,000, report the collision to police or a Collision Reporting Centre. For smaller scrapes with details exchanged, you can usually come straight to us.
In Ontario you choose where your vehicle is towed — tell the operator Collision Auto Center, off Keele just south of Sheppard. Call us and we’ll coordinate the pickup and handle intake when it lands.
