For a neighbourhood zoned mostly for work, Concord parks a surprising number of cars. The Improve Canada showrooms on Keele fill long rows every weekend with shoppers hauling tile and vanities past each other’s door edges. Employee lots behind the warehouses pack tight; the plazas along Centre St at the Dufferin edge and the streets of Glen Shields down by Steeles add the residential share of door dings, backing taps, and winter windrow scrapes. New condo towers along Highway 7 contribute narrow-garage pillar marks in two-way transfers of paint.

One road, ten minutes, no highway required

Getting here from Concord is the easiest trip on our map: Keele St straight south, over Steeles, past York University, and the shop sits just south of Sheppard. Ten to fifteen minutes covers almost any starting point between the rail yard and Steeles, and a taped-up but drivable car makes the run without ever touching the 400. Drop the vehicle in the morning and Line 1 is minutes away for the trip onward; if your policy includes a rental, we book it through your coverage and time it to the hand-off so there is no gap.
